When purchasing services for the first time you will need to create a user account. You will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. In order to login you will have to provide the email address and password you registered during the sign up process.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website and/or service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

14. PAYMENTS

In order to purchase any of our products you will be required to use Stripe. As a result we do not receive or store any of your credit/debit card information. By ordering one of our products or services, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen on our Site. The prices for services provided under this agreement will be set out on the website at the time you apply for the services. We reserve the right to alter, update and/or change the prices of our services at any time. We may conduct such modifications to our pricing due to changes in the exchange rate values applicable at the time. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

15. REFUNDS

We do not exclusively offer refunds for any of our products or services.

16. MEMBERSHIP AREA

www.mrsport.org is a hub of online nutritional and fitness advice. However, certain information is only available to users with a membership account. Information provided in the membership area will change over time. We make no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness found in our website’s content. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that products, services or information meets your specific requirements.

17. MEMBERSHIP AREA PAYMENTS

You agree to pay the monthly charge for our services using your credit/debit card of choice via your Stripe or PayPal account. You authorise us to arrange withdrawal of funds from that account each month without further reference to you. Unless you have purchased a block membership, in which case, you will be charged a one-off payment. You undertake to keep your payment details up to date and notify us of any changes in a timely manner.

Trial Subscriptions: Your Mr. Sport Online membership may start with a free trial. The trial period of your membership lasts for 5 days. After 5 days your membership will continue month-to-month and will be billed at the standard membership rate unless and until you cancel your membership (or we terminate it). Trials are for new members only. We reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility.

Payments are billed in advance on the same day as your initial order each month. If you have elected an annual subscription, payment will be billed on the date of your order and on the annual anniversary of your purchase date. You will receive notice 30 days prior to your date of annual renewal.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about using our services. Most of our services are digitally delivered instantly so you have the full benefit of our services straight away. Recurring transactions can be cancelled at any time using the account section.

18. OUR LICENCE GRANT TO YOU

We make our services available to you through our website. When you purchase our services, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use our services and gain access to our website in accordance with the membership/product purchased.

You may not resell our services anywhere else. You may not share your license to use our services with anyone else. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or otherwise attempt to copy any part of our services or website content. This license may be terminated if you violate any provisions listed in this agreement or on our privacy policy. Additionally, this license may be terminated if you are engaged in any activities that may damage the rights of Mr. Sport or if your activities are in violation of any applicable laws.

If you wish to terminate this license please simply stop using our service or notify us.

Mr. Sport Limited will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed within the voluntarily provided community and social media platform. We are not required to provide notice, and reserves all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect our brand and image integrity.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO YOUR MATERIALS

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to us. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold on any content that you submit through our website. Content you submit to us remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein.
